Easiest Spaghetti Ever!

Need a quick, healthy meal? I'll give you a few hints how! This spaghetti is soo easy and Paleo and Whole 30 too! I love this as an option when I don't have time to cook. I almost felt embarrassed to post this, since it's not really a "real" recipe. But I thought I'd share the idea. :)

Ingredients: 
  • 1 jar of homemade or Kirkland marinara sauce
  • Veggie(1 12oz package) or brown rice noodles(I use 2-3 sections of noodles from a package) 
  • 1 pound of sausage or seasoned hamburger

Directions:

          Step 1: Brown 1 pound of hamburger, and add Italian Seasoning, garlic, and salt to your liking. Or, brown 1 pound of sausage and eliminate the seasonings!
          Step 2: Boil the noodles of your choice.
          Step 3:  Add the cooked meat, noodles, and marinara together in a pot until heated through. 



This Marinara is the best! It only has healthy ingredients. It's from Costco of course. :)
I recently discovered these at Kroger. They only take 3 minutes in boiling water and it's so easy and a healthier option! They are in with the frozen veggies
This is another option for noodles: "Millet & Brown Rice Ramen Noodles" from Costco. These are pretty tasty!  


I love this recipe because I feel like I can sneak some veggies in without my boys noticing. I hope this was helpful! And remember, if it's still blah tasting at the end, just add more seasonings. That always fixes the problem. :)
