Paleo Poppyseed Dressing

Today I'm sharing our favorite salad dressing! I don't mind the plain oil and vinegar dressings, but my family isn't a huge fan of those. I have adapted the original non-healthy recipe and made it my own.
  • 3/4 cup honey or maple syrup (or half & half!)
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cups avocado oil (maybe olive oil would taste fine too, but I've never tried it)
  • 3/4 cup vinegar- (I use apple cider vinegar) 
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Mix all but poppy seeds and blend well in the blender. Then add poppy seeds and mix gently.

Enjoy on a delicious bed of lettuce! :)
