Fall Recipes
Wow... it's been so long. Sorry for the absence! Life has been so crazy busy, I haven't had time to try new recipes. I've just been cooking from my favorites that are already on the blog(one of the reasons I do my blog... for my own reference!).
But, it's FALL... my favorite time of the year. So it's time for everything pumpkin and apple! I've never just loved pumpkin, but I do have a few to share with you that I DO love!
First up, are these Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes.. from my friend Rena's blog. CLICK HERE for the recipe. We all loved these and they are SO filling.
Next up is a Paleo Caramel Dip, also from Rena's blog. CLICK HERE for the recipe. I love caramel and apples, it's definitely my favorite Fall food. Depending on your taste buds, I would say this is definitely a snack for me... maybe not dessert. It tastes pretty almond butterish to me, which I don't overly love. Tip: try and use raw almond butter for it to be less strong. Needless to say, I do like it, and it's tasty for a "healthy" dip... but I sure couldn't fool my boys in place of regular caramel. :)
