Caramel-Pecan Sticky Buns
I made these {Paleo} Caramel-Pecan Rolls for our Good Friday brunch. They were delicious... I could hardly believe they were paleo friendly. That's why I love about the "Against All Grain" series of cookbooks. This one came out of the Celebrations book, click here to view on Amazon. The Celebrations cookbook is full of recipes for those special treats you don't get to eat any more otherwise. Like caramel and cinnamon rolls, pigs in a blanket, cornbread, delicious appetizers, the list goes on and on. Plus they are gorgeous books with gorgeous pictures!
Unfortunately I can't share this recipe with you online. But I'm telling how wonderful they were and you should try them if you have her cookbook!

The only thing I would do differently is cook the caramel for less time, and also bake the rolls for a shorter time as well. (maybe like 5 minutes less for both?) They were a little too overdone. However, as you can see from this (not so great) picture, they are a gooey delicious mess at the end!
Can't wait to make them a second time so I can perfect them!
